You dont need a Paypal account, but if you have one, then you simply log in using your email and password and dont need to enter card details. VAT - all prices are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted when you reach your shopping basket. Country of Manufacture - All products (with the exceptions below) are manufactured in the UK to high pharmaceutical standards. Many inferior products are manfactured in for example in China and South America, imported in bulk, packaged in the UK, and declared as being "UK Made". Natur-Leaf and Zeolite are manufactured in America, again to pharmaceutical GMP standards. Zell Oxygen and Natural Calcium are manufactured in Germany by the Dr Wolz company (also GMP assured).

Currency - as a UK company, all prices are shown in £ sterling. For international customers, please note that when you reach our payment provider, Worldpay, you will be give the option to select your own currency, Paypal also shows the current exchange rate when you log in to your account.
Delays - We hold significant amounts of stock, but occasionally there can be a surge in sales of a particular product, and we may be unable to fulfil your order within our preferred next day policy. In the unusual event of this being the case, we will always contact you to let you know that there will be a short delay. If there are other items in your order, these will be despatched as normal.
Price Changes - Prices are subject to change, but we will always honour any price shown on the website. There may be occasions when printed price lists do not reflect the current pricing structure.
