Zell Oxygen is packed with nutrition, you can see a graphical representation over on the right. It is an excellent way to get the full B Complex in a natural form, it gives you vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6 (Pyridoxine), B7 (Biotin) B9 (folic acid), B12 (cobalamins), so the 8 vitamins that together make up the B Complex.
